Reservations:
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.  Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.

Reservations for services two hours or more or parties of three and above will be required to pay a 50% deposit.

*Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations or reschedule with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of half the cost of the scheduled service (prepayments and gift cards are non refundable). We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation, no show, or same day reschedule. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa or by phone or you can purchase an e-gift certificate via our website. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages.

Check in:
We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Service Times:
Massages and facials service times includes a consultation where a Licensed Massage Therapist or Esthetician will discuss concerns and desired outcomes of the service. They will review your information, including current conditions that might affect treatment or if there is a specific area or challenge upon which you'd like us to focus.

Waxing:

  • We will not perform services on sunburned skin or skin that is irritated or unhealthy.
  • For prescribed creams such as Retin-A, we advise that you stop use 7 days prior to your wax reservation. We will not wax you if you are on Accutane.
  • In order to receive wax, your hair needs to be about ¼ inch (size of a grain of rice) so the wax can grab the hair.
  • We ask that you not schedule your Brazilian during menstrual cycle.

Minors:

Minors are permitted to receive massage at the spa:

Parent or legal guardian must be present in helping complete the Health History Form for the minor, along with consent for the massage therapy session. Minors (all clients under the age of 18 – unless otherwise emancipated) can only receive massage with written parental/legal guardian consent.

  • For clients aged 15 and under, the parent/guardian must always be present in the treatment room.
  • For clients aged 16-17 can be in a separate session room if both client and parent/guardian are comfortable with the child being in the session room by themselves. If not, the parent/guardian should be in the treatment room during each session.
